The City of Lost Souls torrent reviews

Andrew M (it) wrote: This movie is pretty fantastic. Jack O'Connell, before that trash flick "Unbroken," and Ben Mendelsohn are spectacular. I'm trying to figure out how Mendelsohn didn't get an Oscar nod, or that this movie didn't get as much attention at all. Brutal, thoroughly designed, acted, and accurate to jailhouse life, it is brutal, unexpectedly moving, and spares nothing. You might need to use subtitles because, as in true Irish film form, some of the dialogue is unintelligible. But watch it. It's great.

Chris M (ca) wrote: I like Hey Arnold, but I've felt this could have worked as a TV movie or a special rather than a theatrical release.

Gabi B (br) wrote: I like second movie as much as the first one - irresistable funny, unexpected and sweet in the same time. I love every storyline and every character. These two are in the top of my favorite teen movies;)

Doug B (fr) wrote: I'm fairly sure this is the best documentary ever made. It says so much about who we are because of what we eat, our human condition is dependent on the machine.

Greg W (au) wrote: good drama a pre-cursor to such teen pix as 'rebel without a cause' and others

Tim M (ag) wrote: A really good Trek flick.

Orlok W (mx) wrote: 'Now it turns. Now it is looking at her. The Apaches had a name for it. White of the Eye'... Stunning thriller by Cammell, a visual and surreal mind trip--A must-see for fans of cult oddities. The sound track is pure Floyd... Desert Madness!!

Michael W (ag) wrote: Sorority house is stalked by escaped lunatic from the State Mental ward. Best scenes are Theta Omega Theta sisters eating Melanie's ice cream and raiding snobby Cindy's wardrobe while she is away. No pillow fights in this sorority.
