Pranav K (ru) wrote: Fun comedy with a very unique storyline. Loved the pink buffalo--was hilarious!! And of course, Shabana is fantastic!!!
Pat G (au) wrote: Hilarious conspiracy theories that get crazier as the film progresses. Suggests that 9/11 was staged by international bankers. Anti-Semitic, loony, and sad...
Lucas G (ca) wrote: The fantastic performance by James Franco isn't enough to make Pineaple Express a remarkable film itself.
Kareem S (br) wrote: Well briefly speaking it is an OK film ... I wasn't amazed at any point of the film ... however the thing that really bugged my throughout the film wasn't the script or the leads ... It was Nadine Labaky herself ... she didn't overcome the Music clips Techniques she used to apply ... and led to a 95 min music clip... Which drove her off the storytelling course ... and lead to numerous beautiful scenes which where completely meaningless and ineffective to the whole storytelling.
Kristina K (ag) wrote: Could've been better. Could've been a cult movie. It started really good, mystery box, 2 interesting characters and a bit of comedy... then it got ruined by a very awkward romance. Don't know if it was based on a book, but it felt like it, the script would've been too bizarre by itself.

Michael J (gb) wrote: if you go into this movie thinking that your gonna laugh, well thats not it at all. I truly like this movie but its more of a teen drama type. Rob Lowe plays a interesting character but all of the characters seem a bit out of place. This is one of the better 80's teen movies.
Kim M (it) wrote: Watching this movie, I thought about my sensitivity to the pain of others. More specifically, I thought about my qualification to be a mother. I think that anyone has at least one thing/activity which s/he deems so important and cares so much about that changing diapers becomes nothing but a tedious chore by comparison. I am sure the baby will be uncomfortable in the wet diaper, but will I stop what I am doing - my activity of such importance and magnificence - to change the diaper? I guess not, and the concert pianist mother in the movie (the BEAUTIFUL Ingrid Bergman) makes the same decision.

Alex T (it) wrote: Another admirable and satisfying film by Steven Spielberg, with a wonderful lead performance from an incredibly young Christian Bale. I wonder if he ever made it as an actor.
Scott W (ru) wrote: Very good.... Heston and Olivier! Big set for 1966.. Its a classic... 4.5 or 5 stars...the story from 1880 is not much different then now in the middle east.. unfortunately... Its no Lawrence of Arabia though...
