Konrad A (es) wrote: Coach carter is a true story and it is a good movie. I think this movie can teach you how to play basketball. And it all so teaches you school comes first not basketball. But this movie is a good movie. My favorite characters are Damien , Canyon , Junior battle , Kiera. I had a favorite line in the movie!! It is "Coach thing so I can play college ball!! So how am I going to do that and raise a baby."Kiera says "What are you saying you want out!!" That was a saying from the trailer, And the music to this movie was great it's good music! A lot of the music is rap. So if you like basketball you should watch this movie. This is high school basketball. And for having it be a true story it is a good movie!!!

Marla N (us) wrote: This movie made no sense whatsoever & had no real point. Everybody that knows me..KNOWS how much i love Anthony Perkins..but he was just..idk..annoying in this film. His acting was so bad..& i know he can do so much better. It was disturbing to watch..& the girl was just..a total little psychopath!..way more crazy than Dennis ever thought about being! I do not recommend this film to anyone..even a Tony fan. His good looks couldn't save him in this one.
Salman S (au) wrote: Very different type of story for a gangster film. Although now days these stories are more common, in the time the movie was shot an genre movie like this must have been very different. It's a decent movie, a little hazy in keeping up the story throughout for the viewers enjoyment, but not a bad watch. Jean-Paul Belmondo is great in this film, foreshadowing his better films, like "Breathless."

Benji G (de) wrote: The movie completely falls apart after the plane crash scene after a very good first half. Great performances by the two leads.

James H (mx) wrote: Psycho is a true masterpiece. One of the greatest horror films of all time that has inspired countless modern classics as well. As I watched this in the modern day, I knew most of what was going to happen and I was still on the edge of my seat. The acting is superb and the score (as well as being iconic) is petrifying. Even the closing line is legendary and the science behind the film. This is the film that is mostly associated with Hitchcock's and you can see why.
Michael L (ca) wrote: Good cast mostly redeems a totally by-the-numbers script. My soft spot for Eastwood and Goodman may have played into some of the enjoyment I got from it though.
Jason M (mx) wrote: Gene Wilder's greatest achievement (along with Willy Wonka). I suspect that he spent the rest of his career chasing this level of success. The movie plot is executed flawlessly and has a steady flow of laughs from beginning to end. However, it's Peter Boyle who steals the show here. The film has several classic lines and gags. This spoof on the original Frankenstein was the model for following films such as Airplane!, Scary Movie, etc. Arguable Mel Brooks' finest works.
