"Nice ensemble fantasy-comedy with Robert Downey." "A terrific cast helps to make less-than terrific material work." "Sappy and overly sentimental. I still liked it, for some reason." "A touching, sentimental little piece of fluff."Absolutely a "chicken soup" kind of film.

Interesting performance from the lead John Amplas makes the film more thought provoking then it might have been. All the other acting ranges from passable to terrible. Worth checking out if you like odd films or if you're into Romero (he still says it's his favorite of the films he's made).Just rewatched this (10/2012), and it's even better than I remember. Actually a very sad film, and becoming one of my favorite horror films.
