Terri G (fr) wrote: I had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised about this movie; it was VERY entertaining. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before watching it. The banter between the characters is very funny and I don't understand the critics who said there was no chemistry between the two leads. The Aubrey Plaza and Topher Grace characters are a great bonus and I thought the fantasy sequences did a great job of making it more interesting when the plot started to look predictable.

Fahad A (jp) wrote: Horrible acting, scenario, story and the director sucks.

Steve Z (fr) wrote: Very interesting story, and not too bad of a script. The scenes were unique, if nothing else. The character got a little grating, but the main character of the contest winner was believable and lovable. Fair to good graphics for the occasional bloody wounds, but silly chase scenes that fail to build suspense over the slight chuckles.

Noname (gb) wrote: This B horror had a nice twist which suprised me but it was quite predictable for the most time. Some nice gory violence scenes if you enjoy that kind of stuff with a fair story along with it. Decent for being a B movie..

Scott R (gb) wrote: Funny movie.....starts off slow, but got better towards the end - lots of laugh out loud moments.....there are quite a few subtitles....the DVD has a lot of good extras including their Sundance screening.

Jason K (us) wrote: Still prob one of the best and truest to life ensemble films of the early 2000's about dating and top 5 on the Jolie movie scale (also top five on the "I've dated her" scale).

Steve R (us) wrote: This film has all the wit and entertainment of a present day Saturday Night Live episode. For some, that may sound like a compliment. For me, it is comparable to the end of life as we know it. At least Saget remains consistent in his output of base crap.

Susan P (gb) wrote: Weird film from Jane Campion. This strange, pouty, frigid, angry girl steals someone's boyfriend and then gets really angry when her wacky sister (Sweetie) shows up to stay with her. The sister is borderline and psychotic in her behavior. They clash, the family is repressed, weird stuff happens. It was kind of disturbing.

Jeffrey C (nl) wrote: When you watched too much old time Zhang Yi Mou, you know the setting well and how conform he has tried to build up the atmosphere.

Star H (ag) wrote: I just love this movie.

Matt H (nl) wrote: Strange adaption of the WWI play. The comedy and satire is I guess mostly lost on me in translation as this movie is VERY British. Goes on way too long, and despite all of the great British actors, I just couldn't get into it or get over its stagey methods.

Amelia T (us) wrote: so much pain in the war era .. & the focus on how strong he is, yet powerless too in the insanity of war .. slow moving in a wonderful way that feels more realistic. not like western films that keep hitting you on the head with sensory stimulus. this is my favorite film series of all time ..
