Tyler A (mx) wrote: for future fbi agents they def have no common sense and follow a complete lack of protocol. plus its unclear whether the monsters are zombies as the one eats one of the victims who is already infected.

Will G (it) wrote: Decent plot but the main villain is just ridiculous. Bane's voice damn near ruins the whole movie. And the big fight scene between Batman and Bane is one of the worst I've ever seen. Seriously I've seen better fight scenes watching SpongeBob. The Dark Knight Rises is by far the worst Batman movie ever made.

Jimmy M (es) wrote: You could tell a lot of the movie was staged for effect and that hurt the movie overall, because Myles (the main guy) kept talking about how he wanted his movie to be real. Myles also annoyed the crap out of me at times, but he wrote some funny parts. Skip it.

Sarah L (ru) wrote: This animated adaptation of Batman tells us a story not just from Batman's view, but also from Gordon's view. It boasts some good voice actors (Bryan Cranston) and some decent animation. Overall it was pretty good.

Jeffrey G (jp) wrote: Ended up watching this movie because there was nothing else on. It seemed like it was going to be another "love conquers all" kind of movie, but the movie begins to take an interesting direction beyond romance half way through. The pseudo-science is done well in being explained in a dumbed down version without trying to risk any real scientific formulas or explanations, which I enjoy (also, it's based in an alternate reality kind of physics, so I suppose you can get away with anything). In the end it calls into question free will and fate. It ends up giving a solid answer (I won't give away which wins out), but the characters end up saying "who cares, as long we're happy?" If free will won out, yay! If the world is predetermined, what can you do to stop it? It may seem like cowardice by remaining unambiguous, but I hate philosophy anyway. I enjoy the message: just do what makes you happy, whether you were destined to or not.
