As a matter of fact, I just watched this goodie last night, probably for like the 28th time, and it never fails to make me laugh so hard, that I almost hurl. The cast for this dynamic Trio is to die for, they couldn't have picked a better bunch! I give this movie the Big 2 thumbs up, with a bright and shiny 5 Star!!
John M (ag) wrote: I would opt for a fun B movie like this should suggest but man is this film just cluttered with messy visuals, non-sensical story archs and unnecessary plot points. On top of it all, it just thinks it's really cool in the most obnoxious way. Truly a disaster.

Jason E (gb) wrote: A very good story, excellent performances, wow - look at Carrie Fisher - but the final 1/3rd of the movie is some seriously seriously scary, gruesome stuff and not for the feint hearted. The soundtrack is very atmospheric !
Brandon T (it) wrote: Ok, so if you are like me (read: nerdy about comics and animation and movies and that sort of thing) you will enjoy this for the remarkable number of cameos that appear everywhere. One of the more exciting ones for me was when I noticed that Hamill's cameraman, Ricky, was played by Jess Harnell, who voiced Wakko in the Animaniacs, my favorite cartoon. (Harnell does a bit where he imitates the Beatles and it is incredibly obvious at that point that Wakko's voice is mostly an amalgamation of the Beatles' collective voices.) Also, it was nice to see Billy West in something other than his myriad voice over parts. He sounds in this film exactly like Fry from Futurama.Too bad the movie is duller than dirt. Honestly, it plays more like the special feature for a DVD rather than an actual movie, which Miramax released it as. Seriously, unless you are like me and can enjoy this for the cameos, there will be no reason whatsoever for you to see this.

Bob W (es) wrote: Very dated thriller. One of Hepburn's last major films. Both Arkin and Hepburn were very strong in unusual roles. The agonizing climactic final scene captures the tension and hopelessness of the main character.
