Silvestre S (it) wrote: Though in my opinion the book was better because it captivated the scenery better this adaptation was marvelous with great actors and causes us a great understanment and feeling due to its atmosphere that makes us laugh and cry and watch them enjoy their love as cancer is slowly seen as the antagonist but it won't stop our protagonists from being happy, young, together, and from enjoying their days as teenagers

Lachlan H (jp) wrote: I don't rekon it was as bad as people suggest it is. Aside from the accuracy of events; the love in the movie was genuine and the ending (though horritic in content) was done well.

Stanley K (au) wrote: Surprisingly good acting in a comic book blockbuster that has the good sense not to take itself too seriously. Too bad the action is not well shot, with far too many self-consciously unusual camera angles coupled with the contemporary penchant for choppy, confusing editing. More critically, the humbling and character transformation for Thor is too sketchy and occurs far too quickly to have dramatic impact.
Geoffrey O (it) wrote: It's a very funny film with very memorable scenes and characters. The actors are perfect in their roles. Though I admit that the ending was a little overwhelming compared to the rest of the film, and it could've been a lot funnier if they were actually going to Disney Land. A Bullwinkle knockoff just isn't as funny a punchline as the mouse.
