The Fourth Kind

The Fourth Kind

Since the 1960s, a disproportionate number of the population in and around Nome, Alaska, have gone missing. Despite FBI investigations, the disappearances remain a mystery. Dr. Abigail Tyler, a psychologist, may be on the verge of blowing the unsolved cases wide open when, during the course of treating her patients, she finds evidence of alien abductions.

In 1972, a scale of measurement was established for alien encounters. When a UFO is sighted, it is called an encounter of the first kind. When evidence is collected, it is known as an encounter of the second kind. When contact is made with extraterrestrials, it is the third kind. The next level, abduction, is the fourth kind. Modern-day, Alaska, where-mysteriously since the 1960s-a disproportionate number of the population has been reported missing every year. Despite multiple FBI investigations of the region, the truth has never been discovered. Here in this remote region, psychologist Dr. Abigail Tyler began videotaping sessions with traumatized patients and unwittingly discovered some of the most disturbing evidence of alien abduction ever documented. The Fourth Kind exposes the terrified revelations of multiple witnesses. Their accounts of being visited by alien figures all share disturbingly identical details, the validity of which is investigated throughout the film. . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Jack H (gb) wrote: This movie is weird. Its made really well but its just a strange movie. You really feel for the family and want them to work out their issues. The whole cast was fantastic and i loved the art detail that each character had. In the end, however i began to question the sanity of the leading girl, because she acts very weird. Overall i really liked this movie

And yes I'm glad that I watched Freedom Writer's I know I already said this but I would watch Freedom Writer's again and again. Also I learned something from this movie to not be involved in any gangs or violence.

Avery M (de) wrote: Some funny moments, but overall an unsatisfying film experience. Kids are likely to be frequently bored by it, and among a typically undiscerning audience, that's a hard thing to achieve.
