The Fox & the Child
A young girl of about 10 years lives in a solitary peasant's house on the edge of the jurassic mountains in the East of France. One day in autumn, when she is on her way to school through the forest, she observes a hunting fox. Of course, the fox flees from her, but the girl feels a strong desire to meet the fox again.

She was so brilliant, and moving.....I cried like a baby in the last scene, where Whoopi Goldberg sings...."Anything you want........you got it"........Tragic, yet still, a positive statement for the glory of the love that exists between true friends........

(ru) wrote: This is pretty much a vehicle for Edward G Robinson, who's personality dominates what is quite a low-key story of an industrialist abroad. It's not as boring as the plot summary suggests, and has a feel-good style.
