Dylan F (ca) wrote: a genuinely creepy film from start to finish, with memorable characters and a good, old school scare fest vibe to it. Jeepers Creepers is still my favorite horror film since I was a kid and has earned its "cult" status with gory, good applaud. Even after 14 years since it hit theaters, it still has that tendency to give me and I'm sure millions of others the same chills as it did when we were virgins to it! the new audiences will have to learn the hard way... but that's okay! it pays off in the end! also, the performance from Justin Long has been so overlooked all these years!

Petros T (it) wrote: A rather lukewarm film that follows the main premise of the first one, but this time around the setting is not a Latin American jungle but Los Angeles. Even without drawing comparisons to 1987's "Predator", this is a second-rate effort at best, with mostly mediocre acting and a lack of personality. It definitely picks up during the more action-packed second half but remains a pretty underwhelming offering. The slightly bigger insight we get on the Predator is arguably a plus though.
Sylvester K (gb) wrote: Leeches attack people in a swamp, there's also a romantic triangle subplot that has no relation to the film. The leeches also were sentient enough to know when to attack, evidently you can tell they were actors wearing leech suits.

Andrew L (jp) wrote: Its starts off well but after a while I just stopped caring. Its host of good actors and cinematic style make it from being totally pointless.
Brett H (ru) wrote: Gritty, sad, and violent, Harsh Times is an extremely personal tale of the director's that is often unpredictable and very well-acted. The gangbangers trying to get out of the dumps is not an original idea, but the way the actor's portray their characters and the situations they're in is always engaging. Christian Bale was an inspired choice to play a street-talking low-life, but he rarely disappoints when having to play intense. It can be a bit grating hearing the cussing and slang talk, but the film surprised me on multiple occasions, and that's always excellent in my book!
