(es) wrote: The story-line of this movie has been done so many times over, and so much better. Steven Seagal has put on so much extra weight (covered up by long coats, standing behind people) that his character moves in a very "wooden" type of stupor. Horribly edited and a complete waste of Ving Rhames and Danny Trejo's presence.

It has that great AC/DC song and Emilio Estevez starring. Voice 2: yeah, it was ok, but not great. Voice 1: well what if we remake it only this time without any cool stuff whatsoever? Voice 2: WTF???

(mx) wrote: I'm an aficionado of the "killer kid" subgenre of horror, "The Bad Seed" being one of my favorite movies of all time. But this is definitely one of the more forgettable and non-essential entries. We know going in that the kid is the killer, but Dad doesn't figure it out until his bunch is whittled down to just him, his numbskull wife (hard to tell if the kid has put a spell on her or if she's just stupid) and 2 birth children (3 of which fell victim to Bonnie and their parents' own idiocy and carelessness combined.) There's no mystery or suspense, and there's no scares either. In the end, this movie serves absolutely no purpose to anyone. Scream Factory released it on DVD, but there are much better movies about evil offspring you could spend your hard earned money and time on. Skip this.
