I think i should emplore people to watch it, though it could just be a great childhood memory kind of film, but then again, i dont know. I'm gonna make kids watch it at xmas time...make them, yes. Great soundtrack...sad, happy and scary at times, which is why its brilliant.

Ashley L (us) wrote: Despite what the critics said, this movie is a winner! I really loved it because of the underlying message of the film about terrorism, the government, and the media. Anyone can be seen as a terrorist in the eyes of the government as long as some of the facts point to them. This movie is especially true in 2014.

Chad K (gb) wrote: Sexual innuendo between pre-teens, a pear, a snail, a baby that happens to be a clone, small town bigotry against human clones, contrived isolation, even more contrived climax where full grown clone learns he's a clone, and son on mom sex.If it was a homework assignment, I'm sure there are lots of technical achievements. As a film ( work of art ) it fails - it offers nothing to take away save a mild feeling of disgust. The synopsis said it was thought provoking. Clearly that's industry code for modern crap such as the Tree of Life video. Don't get me wrong, unlike the pretentious who pretend to get it, I do get it. There is nothing to get, and the intent is to instill or reinforce a feeling of intellectual failure in the viewer as a reaction to not getting it. The pretentious claiming there is something to get and that they do get it are part of the con.
