It`s an enduring, compelling and superb entertainment filled with adventure, wit and intelligence. It`s sharp, thrilling, funny and truly absorbing from start to finish. A masterful piece of work that delivers gorgeous locations and wonderful character development. A fascinating and magnificent movie. I loved it. Eastwood is magnificent, he gives lots of energy, heart, passion and humor to his performance. Jeff Fahey is outstanding, this is his best film performance ever.

Ada D (fr) wrote: War Horse: Directed by Steven Spielberg Albert (Jeremy Irvine) enlists to serve in World War I after his horse is sold to the cavalry. Albert's journey brings him out of England and to the front lines. The cast is alright and it is visually good but did it try to hard to be a tearjerker? It's predictable and a little silly at times, it just doesn't work for me. The film is of course based off a play and novel of the same name.
