Kade C (ca) wrote: Guardians of the Galaxy is what a fun movie looks like. A departure from the more serious films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this movie is just a great, wacky sci-fi adventure. I had no idea what to expect going into this film, as did many people, but walking out I had discovered my favorite movie in the MCU. It contains so much to love from characters, story, and incredible action sequences. Marvel took a huge risk making this film, but it payed off big time.

Graham W (us) wrote: If I'd seen Ruby Sparks when it came out in 2012, it probably would've been a contender for my film of that year. Loved it.

Luke M (nl) wrote: Good acting by the four leads and a fantastic script, but I can't help but feel that the conclusion left me wholly unsatisfied.

David S (mx) wrote: Well-observed if slight story about the strength of teenage feelings, especially when coupled with an unfamiliar environment.

Zini C (ru) wrote: Although I can only watch the last 60 mins on Star Movie, I think it's a very good movie! Very fast pace and great story line. I wanna watch the whole movie, where can I buy it?

Ryan K (fr) wrote: This movie isn't watched, it's survived.

Eric H (it) wrote: If you are a fan of dancing films, and specifically ballroom, then I guess this has a fair amount in it to satisfy the eyes, as for the story in between it is lacking in originality, only the dancing is worth watching, otherwise it's only probably only worth seeing the once, a slightly lame romantic comedy drama.

RayNormanBateman (es) wrote: This with Battle of the planet of the apes was probably the weakest sequels, however.. they are still very underrated and have a lot to offer to the franchise. This movie leads to the next and this seemed to work for every sequel in the series. Of course this is no where as good as the original but it takes the story to a new interesting direction and we get to explore a bit more about what had happened and why.

Instead it was actually quite an accurate reflection of the sad state of London youth and gangs today. The film was very good and showed just how messed up the attitudes and mentality of some of the younger generation is these days. What I initially thought was crappy acting soon had me realising it is just the very way these people behave and talk. A well made film with an interesting storyline.

Ted W (us) wrote: Great book to movie adaptation. I heard this is the first cgi animation in real life movie, well that's what it said in the interview of stuart little. Michael j fox as stuart and Jonathan lipnickel as George are a good mouse to kid relationship in the movie.

Saad K (kr) wrote: There Be Dragons - TRASH IT (D)First thing first there are no dragons in it, Bummer. As it's a period movie I thought there will be some dragons in it but hey it's all about civil war in Spain and no dragons (Sad Face). The movie tells the story of London-based investigative journalist Robert Torres (Dougray Scott), who visits Spain to research a book about Josemara Escriv (Cox), the controversial founder of Opus Dei. But Robert hits a wall, both professionally and personally, when his most promising source-his own father, Manolo Torres (Bentley), turns out to be his least cooperative one. Robert begins to unearth his father's toxic secrets when he learns that Manolo was not only born in the same Spanish town as Josemara, but that they were childhood friends and attended the same seminary. The two men take radically different paths in life, with Josemara dedicating his life to his faith while Manolo is swept into the brutal and tumultuous Spanish Civil War. Manolo descends into a dangerous and jealous obsession when the beautiful Hungarian revolutionary Ildiko (Olga Kurylenko) doesn't return his affections and instead gives herself to the courageous military leader, Oriol (Rodrigo Santoro). The production value and cinematography of the movie is great. They have spend lots of money on it but bad direction and tedious screenplay with mostly average performances by all actors makes it unbearable and laughable at times. Lily Cole was alright in a very small role. The performances by all actors from Charlie Cox to Wes Bentley to Rodrigo Santoro to Olga Kurylenko is good at times and horrible at times. There was no one good to direct them so they just let it go and try their best but most of the times it just didn't work at all. In the end, starting is atrocious and in the middle it gets little better but then again it ends on tedious note. Trash this one big time, don't even need to rent it!
