(it) wrote: Bloody well fantastic, has matey boy from The Secrets In Their Eyes" always a good start, gritty and grim but all the better for that, don't really want to be in a accident next time I am in Argentina that's for sure

(es) wrote: Godards, Notre Musique explores the Israel and Palestine conflict using Dante's Divine comedy to do so. Like Divine Comedy we go through three stages (Hell,Purgatory, and Heaven). In Hell Godard shows us five minutes worth of violence, mainly decapitation. In that opening scene there was no more then fifteen words of dialogue. The Purgatory chapter on the other hand was filled with dialogue. Don't come in here expecting anything entertaining, it's strictly art house, and offers nothing to keep you watching. But Godard wanted to give a message using late medieval/ early renaissance literature

(es) wrote: Biodrama that gives the inside look at how a good man can go bad....really bad. This is a great example of stupidity, and how bad choices in life can create downward spirals. This man took the ride all the way to the bottom..

(ca) wrote: One of the great B Frankenstein movies. Karloff gives a stellar performance, the effects are good the lines campy and the photography is excellent. Chaney and the others are campy but not so overdone that you cringe. This is my favorite next to the two classic Frankensteins directed by Whale.
(kr) wrote: Despite its sci-fiyish concept, this movie is more about exploring how important one's memories can be in defining their existence.
