Winston S (fr) wrote: This documentary not only challenges the entire concept of everything we thought we knew about September 11, 2001, it provides unquestionable proof that the official story as we know it is impossible. Not merely "unlikely," but absolutely irrefutably impossible. Which begs the question, if the official story is not and can not be true, what really did happen? At first you might think that because the attacks of September 11, 2001 happened so long ago it is not really important anymore. But isn't it? Our whole "post 9/11 society" is based on what we were led to believe happened that day. Warrantless wiretaps, guilty until proven innocent, indefinite prison without trial, and worse, terrorism and torture committed by the American military in the name of American righteousness. All of these things are based on events that did not happen the way we have been told. You owe it to yourself and to your grandchildren (or future grandchildren) to watch this documentary.

It wasnt entirely bad but particularly interesting either. I kept waiting for some plot twist - some tanglible conclusion. Was left with nothing but a herd of goats.

Lee M (it) wrote: Nigel Finch's 1996 fictionalization of the Uprising is a celebration of the mythology of the events. Employing just about the most ridiculously clichd narrative imaginable - a corn-fed Iowa hunk moves to the big city with stars in his eyes, is shown the ropes by a click of fabulous Greenwich Village drag queens, falls into a relationship with a conflicted prostitute named La Miranda, and then they all participate in the riotous events of June, 1969 - Finch's film is not trying too hard for verisimilitude.

Chris M (au) wrote: Decent, original take on the vampire genre, in a future world where society os almost wholly vampiric and humans are farmed for our blood. Except we're not immortal like vampires, so the supply is running out. This premise, plus Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe and Sam Neill make this a really interesting film, with loads of proper splattery gore and some nice stylish touches (how are vampire cars modified?). It's nothing too memorable, but waaay better than Twiglet as an exploration of the potential of vampire stories...

Joanna C (jp) wrote: This movie is way better then "Mean Girls" because Bianca find out the solution how to deal with classmates, that are popular and not so popular crowds. However I felt sorry for Bianca at one part of the movie, because the popular girl I didn't like she posted up a video of her on the internet. That was so not cool at all. :( Anyways, the ending was really awesome, because Bianca got her handsome prince and they are neighbors.
