So when Ben Affleck's character get released, he sees that a girl was there waiting for his cellmate to come out, and he decided to go with her with his cellmate's identity. With all the films directed by John Frankenheimer, I didn't expect this film to be the first one that I watched, but it was because of Ehren Kruger as the writer. To my surprise, Reindeer Games is a bit fun in a trashy way. The acting from Ben Affleck and Charlize Theron are fine, nothing worth talking about, but Gary Sinise however, is having a lot of fun acting very campy and enjoyably over the top. The plot gets ridiculous when it keeps going, and with some plot points going, it made it even more out there. The action scenes are a bit cool to watch, and I wasn't bored watching it. There are some funny moments in there, and the twists are surprisingly a bit shocking. The writing by Ehren Kruger isn't as bad as I thought it would be, but it's not as good as Arlington Road or The Ring. The plot doesn't make sense, but for what the movie is worth, Reindeer Games is a decent film that I'm pretty sure is definitely not at the director's high point here.

Daniel P (kr) wrote: The film is at it's best when it concentrates on the interplay between Hoffman, Russo and Spacey. Other sections have dated badly, with some unintentionally funny parts, some woeful extras acting, and a final 20 minutes involving boring helicopter chases.

Jacob M (br) wrote: "Superman vs. The Elite" is a great little animated movie about the clash between the idealism of the past and the gritty reality of the Post-Modern world with Superman's refusal to kill unnecessarily being put to the test by the Elites, a group who believe might makes right and that killing evil is the only way to stop it. This is a movie that is very relevant to today and shows that, as Superman says, "Dreams save us" even, or perhaps especially, in the chaotic times we are living in now.
