Kent K (ca) wrote: I saw Mondo Cane as a teenager when it first came out in '63, and went back to see it at least one other time. It was mesmerizing - bizarre, haunting, twisted, sick, and poignant - all the more strange against a soundtrack that featured the song "More," one of the most lusciously romantic songs of the 60s.I didn't expect it to hold up well in today's era of non-stop sensational cable programming - but it does. It's a bit hokey at times, but still fascinating, disturbing, and well worth seeing. You will not forget this film. Not for the squeamish!

Carlos M (fr) wrote: Just as fascinating as the first Saw movie, this sequel works as an ingenious labyrinth of horrors, full of more gruesome and densely macabre scenes - and once again we are given another highly unexpected, jaw-dropping ending.
