I almost ended up feeling sorry for Charles because of his reserved character >_< I thought it was okay, but it was kind of boring. During the part when Cromwell was hysterically laughing himself into madness, this kid in my class said "He's growing something else in his garden..." (In otherwords, it was basically questioning his abuse in home-grown drugs, if that makes any sense)

Lovro H (ru) wrote: British humour at its best! Monty Python, the largest british comedy group releases its first full-length feature, and it's brilliant! It has the best sketches, all though they are a bit edited, but all the best parts are still here. My all-time favourite is the "Dead parrot" sketch! It's impossible to watch this movie without laughing. John Cleese was the best in this movie. His acting is just fantastic! The way he 'gets in' with the character is just brilliant. It's really worth watching, and I wouldn't recommend anyone skipping this movie!

Bheema D (ag) wrote: In a similar yet lesser film to Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, the stories of the film would be told in a stale manner. However, in Ang Lee's first big break, the subjects are so smoothly interwoven that it makes the film thoroughly interesting. This, coupled with unique and wonderful direction, make this movie deserving of its credibility both now and then. A sequence involving the poisoning of two key characters is absolutely phenomenal and a perfect example of how to properly incorporate human emotion into a mystical action thriller.
