Chester L (it) wrote: This film was so under rated like too many world cinema films these day. It has a great balance of visual and phycological horror and some rather trippey moments who would ever have thought a white bunny back pack and a helium balloon cpuld be so creepy.
Tonya V (mx) wrote: Wow! You really have to listen to this one. The accents are thick and the slang is everywhere! It was slow in too many spots and alot didn't make a whole lot of sense.

RaraRafIqah F (br) wrote: You gotta admit, the Japanese are masters in the horror movie genre. This movie was dark, mysterious, gritty and definitely not for the faint-hearted. I liked that the movie managed to incorporate the scary elements in a way that clicks together with the emotional scenes. Overall, a really interesting movie but watch at your own risk.

Energy, you say, how can you waste energy watching a movie? Sit through this dog and you will find out just how much work it is to not let this film, suck the life out of you.

Dave R (mx) wrote: where to begin... mortensen plays an fbi guy who becomes a made member of a yakuza crime family - finding the family that has eluded him all his life; consequently his loyalties become confused.it's funny to see anti-japanese sentiment in 2008 - according to imdb this movie was made in 1993. 15 years after this movie came out the japanese are no longer the fear (now it's china). after 7 years in japan i'm more of a japanophile than a japanophobe. the story, well it's weak; the yakuza is apparently involved with gun running and is the american mafia wants them out and for some reason (anti-japan zenophobia) the fbi makes a deal with the mafia; the fbi agrees to let the mafia take out the yakuza - which leads to some john woo type shoot outs. i enjoyed this as a window into early 90's zeitgeist.
Andy R (mx) wrote: One of my favourite all time movies. Gritty, chilling at times, perverted. What's not to like? Cast is fantastic. "Do you want it with it on or off?" - Classic line!
Armando B (ag) wrote: This movie starts very slow, but ends up being a good movie. It throws a nice twist and a punch which makes it very interesting, great film with suspense and emotions. So for this being another great movies from the 90's and always had this type of movies, I give "Final Analysis" a C.

And as i started watching it i couldn't help but loving the horrible premise and the fact that it was almost a replica of every other 80's child staring movie. Also, a early movie for Phoequin Pheonix, but he goe's by the name Leaf Pheonix.
