Supratik M (mx) wrote: The first half of the movie and all the action sequences were entirely idiotic. The second half along with some powerful lines out of the dialogue rescue what would have been a mediocre if not ridiculous movie from the depths of a a bollywood miss. Here is a good plot gone a little too bollywood. I wouldn't classify this movie as a hit but it gets as close to that distinction as it can.

Jay B (it) wrote: A clever idea, but I feel like the film would have benefited from another lead. Beatty just isn't that strong here and just plain seems to not understand his own script. The racial tension is completely soiled by his, pointless and unfunny, rapping and black stereotyping. Maybe on paper this film worked... but once the camera rolled, some balls were dropped.

Deb S (es) wrote: "Trojan War" is a teen movie from the '90s about a high school senior's chance with the most sought after girl in class which turns into a crazy all out search for a condom (yes, that's what "Trojan" in the title refers) to have sex with the girl of his dreams. Meanwhile his best friend is in love with him but it takes him the whole movie to realize that his gal pal is the better choice. Along the way he has misadventures with the cops led by Lee Majors after his parent's car is stolen, and Anthony Michael Hall as a psychotic bus driver who really hates passengers that board his bus without exact change.

Sebastian H (br) wrote: Very topical movie about the horrible tyranny in Burma from a 90s perspective.

Mark B (gb) wrote: Loved it. Why do we care so much about Bonnie and Clyde? Because movies of this era made the effort to develop character.

James H (nl) wrote: "Don't fall in love with Chillicothe, Ohio" In this classic Elvis movie a Vegas racecar driver, Lucky Jackson meets a the new girl in town played by Ann Margaret, falling for her almost instantly only to come in competition for her heart with another driver. Like Vegas this movie is fun from start to finish and has a unique color of it's own that no others can compare. The songs were great, the acting was good.... storyline was a bit cliched but that's what was popular for it's time. A joy to watch. Just skip the racing scene.... zzz... Definately worth watching nontheless.

Obsessed with this new discovery and paranoid that his colleagues will steal his invention, he decides to shrink them as well. I caught this one on late-night television many, many years ago and absolutely loved it. Albert Dekker is the ultimate "mad scientist" in this Technicolor extravaganza of campy dialog and extraordinary special effects.

Bill R (au) wrote: I actually enjoyed this little B movie zombieish romp. The idea of a social network making people crazy is a great idea but despite that, it wasn't delivered completely as it should have. given the budget they worked well with what they had. I found the hallucinations good and the paranoia was done well, aside from the cheesy acting from some of the actors. I do look forward to seeing how the sequel will turn out.

Kyle B (es) wrote: A powerful and important movie for all to watch. The ensemble is great lead by Willem Dafoe and Gene Hackman. The direction, cinematography, score, and writing are all perfectly done and it is one of the best movies that showcases the dark era
