Giuliano B (fr) wrote: Surprisingly good - the best way to describe this underrated flick! I will never forget my experience watching it for the first time.

Thomas J (ru) wrote: This movie demonstrates the innocence I think God intends us all to view Him with but have forgotten how to do. I am Spiritual without being religious and this movie shows it takes that "faith" of doing good more so than following traditions to get to Heaven. Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhist or any faith cannot say they have it "right" .... they each just have faith in what they have been taught. It takes eyes like a child sometimes to see through the BS religion has fed us. This movie is not preachy, but should give many (like me) something to think about. Sweet story! Plus I was 9 in 1976, so I loved seeing the kids on banana seat bikes!! I see a lot of me in the character Pete (but I was not raised Catholic)! lol

Tom j (es) wrote: Absolutely loved it worth the watch natalie portman is perfect and hayden and Ewan McGregor are incredible aswell, the cinematography is incredible and I really got the feels watching it and the fact that you know that anakin will turn to the dark side but you still hope he won't + John williams music IS FANTASTIC and so nostalgic

Thomas B (ru) wrote: Drew Barrymore is her usual likeable self but Never Been Kissed is incredibly predictable. Full review later.

Elliott F (ag) wrote: Before John Madden struck Oscar gold with 1998's Best Picture winner Shakespeare in Love, he constructed this moving, intimate royal drama about the widowed and grief-stricken Queen Victoria and her scandalous friendship with John Brown, a Scottish commoner. Judi Dench is absolutely brilliant as Queen Victoria, portraying the devastated queen with a rare mix of power and sadness. Billy Connolly is also great as John Brown, the Scotsman who breaks through the queen's emotional shield. An all-around incredibly enjoyable and moving period drama.

Jack O (ru) wrote: An entire Brony documentary that never mentions CLOPPERS ! on my documentary list is 'Iraq: A Modern Paradise' that discusses how perfect, peaceful and successful current day Iraq is :)

Ricardo A (fr) wrote: It has some really good suspenseful scenes but at the end "Don't be Afraid of the Dark" it's a movie that got old too soon.

Michael M (ru) wrote: Ambitiousness which at times far outreaches its grasp. At times, it evokes wonder and timelessness but at other times, it turns into the art film student version of "get off my lawn!"
