Bad acting, an uninspired plot, and no really memorable death scenes makes Red Mist a pass unless you just have nothing else to watch.
Vuk S (jp) wrote: This little sci fi comedy was pretty mediocre, even kind of stupid. The plot and final outcome reminded me a lot of Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, where the main characters were some music gods in the future. Here, our characters are also losers who with some stupid movie idea change the course of humanity ion the future. That's a load of shit if you ask me. Apart from this retarded concept, the jokes weren't really funny, and overall everything felt just meh. The only thing I really liked, as always, was seeing the gorgeous Anna Faris :D

And even though it is not as good as Godfather Part II it certainly lead the why for that series of films and subsequent films of the same ilk. The standout thing about this film for me was Stathis Giallelis amazing first time performance, it's suprising someone with no acting experience was able to conjure up the level of acting he portrayed here. At the end of the day the only real problem I had with the film was it's length. On a side note the cinematography is quite spectacular.
Jesse R (nl) wrote: On the downside, this is an American film with an all-black cast made in 1943, so sadly, there are some segments of "Stormy Weather" that are pretty condescending. But thankfully, they are few and far between and the bulk of the film is jam-packed with some most excellent jazz numbers and ritzy dance numbers becoming of any first-rate MGM musical. The Nicholas Brothers really do steal the film with their tap number, which gives Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire a run for their money. I can't tell you how much fun it is to watch this film. Highly recommended.
Jamie C (ag) wrote: A good action film, It's as close to a Call Of Duty film we have had so far, The acting wasn't great but who cares, The Expendables wasn't greatly acted but it's one of the best action films to date, Having said that most of the battles were in the dark and found it slightly difficult to watch and I was abit shocked about the opening scene, But at least they weren't afraid try something like that, Apart from that It's a must see for all fans of COD (Call Of Duty) and action films.

Charlie (Zac Efron) survives a car crash that takes his younger brother Sam (Charlie Tahan). As a result, Charlie's life remains frozen as he tries to deal with the grief of losing him brother. You actually get to see a different side of Efron showing depth and potential of what he could be one day as an actor. This is not a downer of a movie, even when every night Charlie meets up with his brother to talk and play catch just before the sun sets. This is the life Charlie leads until a girl, Tess (Amanda Crew) comes along and ends up having a profound impact on Charlie's life. I really enjoyed seeing this film and would have no problem watching it again. It was nice to see the seldom seem Kim Bassinger in a small role as Charlie and Sam's mother.
