Sarrenna M (kr) wrote: This is one of the most depressing movies I've ever watched as a married person. Decent film, that does pretty well show that the grass isn't greener after divorce. So so sad.

Luke B (kr) wrote: Excellent animation and an interesting story combine in this action sci-fi success. The voice work is sometimes clunky, and the characters are all dull as dishwater. In fact, I can't really tell you about the characters, they are all fairly similar. Despite this flaw, the action scenes are fantastic. Chases, robot fights, fast and well edited cuts, this is how action scenes should be seen. As a combination of both robot/zombie film, it would have been better for some not so obvious mad scientists. Enjoy the action, and try and make it through the dialogue.

Johnny T (ru) wrote: Pretty formulaic stuff: bland self-empowerment tinged with warm fuzzies in all the right places. But what makes this "Somebody" something is Pasquin's deft touch and understanding with the material. The picture is nearly stolen, however, by co-star Greg Germann (of TV's Ally McBeal) in the role of Joe's company's resident corporate weasel. Germann's squinty-eyed insincerity is truly a marvel to behold, and it's an astringent corrective to the film's rather too frequent feel-good passages. It isn't until Joe starts getting confident and cocky that Allen starts to feel a little more natural in the role, and by then the movie's plot has all but evaporated into a series of wispy gags that barely register. VERDICT: "Some Ole' Bulls**t" - Second lowest rating (Negative reaction). These films are truly terrible films. They are not the worst things ever made, but they are definitely awful and should not be seen by anyone.

Anthony K (us) wrote: Day 16: Earth Girls Are Easy. Far and away the best movie I've seen in my marathon, particularly because it is smart enough to never take itself seriously. I also had no idea that Jim Carrey and Jeff Goldblum were main characters until their reveal 45 minutes into the movie.

Ryan H (us) wrote: Good but not great... you have to really love Albert Brooks to really love this film, because it's just him... bonus points for Super Dave Osborne (or The Surrogate from Arrested Development - or Albert Brooks' real life brother) as the salesman in one of the best scenes of the movie
