(ru) wrote: You'd think with such a tough sounding title there would be more violence and action but there isn't. An hour of dull pacing and gritty downbeat storytelling, Armored could've been great if there was suspense, a proper heist chase and more intrigue, don't get me wrong, the characters were great played by a top notch cast, especially Columbus Short who I think is brilliant, but the film isn't compelling enough. The last fifteen minutes is fun, an awesome truck crash, money bombs and a tense conclusion, but it's a pain to have to wait for something good to happen.

(es) wrote: Brutal and uncompromising violent tale based on true events. Hard to watch and horrifying, but with touching moments. Suffer with this one. 73/100
(ca) wrote: I think this has been misjudged. Yes, it's a lot of unbelievable nonsense, but it's carefully crafted unbelievable nonsense, written for an audience they understand well. "Hacking" might be an unlikely subject for this audience, but there's nothing wrong with trying something different.
(jp) wrote: This movie is NOT for the average American moviegoer. It is as much poetry, art, as it is film. The acting is beautiful, as is the gritty camera work, and the dialogue is raw and choppy in some places, and smooth and poetic in others. It is a movie for the artist, for the poet, and for all who appreciate language, colour and subtle expression, not for the average person who thought Spiderman 3 and the new Star Wars were actually good.
