Rami B (mx) wrote: Enjoyable. I love Sara Rue

Joe S (de) wrote: kinda a throwback private eye flick nothing memorable about it but just a couple hours of a mystery movie that's not bad but you will be deleting right away from the dvr after you watch it !

Cormac B (kr) wrote: Blanchett is good but a better movie can be made about this

Jim G (ca) wrote: 3 of 5 stars for this cheesy sci-fi movie. The basic plot has been done and redone several times and this version isn't any better. The story has the world-ending if the crew of this "Earth-submarine" can't successfully dig into middle-Earth and trigger some nukes. Of course, there is some spy stuff and some double-crosses to make it interesting. A trivial romance is misplaced in this movie. So, it is OK and worth the watch, but, it isn't the best sci-fi I've seen.

Lisa M (br) wrote: This is one of the best and underrated movies I've ever seen!I saw it years ago in Orangeville and I've never been able to find it since... Such a fantastic movie.

Leandra W (ca) wrote: I remember this was a movie I loved as a kid (despite the scenes where the snakes die). Rated 3 stars for good memories alone.

CL 9 (br) wrote: Multiple lapses in tone threaten the overall quality of the film, but Hitchcock benefits from a knockout performance by Dame Helen Mirren.
