The Root of All Evil torrent reviews

Devin N (it) wrote: Scary and depressing how little these men feel about the damage they've done.

Jared S (jp) wrote: Shotgun Stories is another slow burner set in the south from Jeff Nichols that just feels right from the get-go. It's a story about a feud b/w two sets of half brothers and is essentially a family drama that doesn't try to pull the heart strings of the audience or manipulate them even with what could be a tear jerker. It's a tragic tale of vengeance set off by dumb bull shit.Michael Shannon delivers as does the rest of the cast and having seen Mud and Take Shelter, I can say Jeff Nichols is a refreshing new face in cinema.

Shirley S (ag) wrote: quit a different style of movie. interesting and fun

Pavan R (br) wrote: Didn't now what to make of it till almost the end, just couldn't guess where it would end up. An intense drama passing through everything from poetic justice to racism, and from anger to acceptance. Has a profound effect on you and gets you thinking so take your time to watch it.
