Gabrielle M (us) wrote: I don't understand why so many moviegoers didn't like this film. I thought it was very entertaining, and I loved the modern day twist to vampirism, and the consequences of the human desire to live forever.

Rinaldo H (ru) wrote: Labyrinthine, surreal and anachronistic, Russian Ark criticises and romanticises Russian art, culture and history.

Jessica H (mx) wrote: Kieran Culkin proves unlike his brother he has the skills to go further.

Peter A (us) wrote: This movie surprised me. I knew it was an arthouse film going in to it, but I didn't expect such great performances by Geoffrey Rush and Michael Caine. They were phenomenal! Kate Winslett and Joaquin Phoenix were also very good. The story and its pacing are good, entertaining. But the general look and feel is bland and monochromatic. And while Phoenix was good, he sometimes goes over the top. The story of Michael Caine's young wife also seemed like it was underdeveloped or unnecessary. But as far as movies set in a mental hospital, Quills ranks up there with One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest. It's worth at least one watch, maybe more, Rush is that good.

Jenna G (br) wrote: What I love most about Boogie Nights, besides the entertaining cast and direction from P.T. Anderson, is how believable and well written these characters are. The journey we take through their lives over the course of 7 years, through the highs & lows, is just great storytelling.

Spencer P (au) wrote: A finely tuned comedy from Harold Lloyd that will surely please and delight, but hardly shed realistic light.

Scott C (de) wrote: Nowhere near as good as the first, nor as interesting as the third.

Daniel R (it) wrote: Rating: 7/10Decent comedy with some fun characters (Chevy Chase and Bill Murray, especially) and several good lines. But ultimately, this is a bit of an overrated comedy.

Vadim D (mx) wrote: While not without Raimi's signature style, Darkman doesn't have a lot of new to offer in the end. It's mildly entertaining, but nothing extremely memorable and won't go down in history at the top of Raimi's career.

Sherry M (us) wrote: Well told true story. Some people you care about instead of bullets only. Too gory. The "Saving Private Ryan Effect". every war movie has to get more graphic, leaving nothing to the imagination. Very good. Way better than Black Hawk Down. Some story lines! Mel good as always.
