Overall, good entertainment and far better than the 2012 remake. Some of the secondary supporting performances feel a bit hammy though, especially Mel Johnson Jr as Benny and Michael Champion as Helm. Solid performances from the main supporting cast: Sharon Stone, Rachel Ticotin, Michael Ironside, Ronny Cox. Besides, he's there as an action hero and in the action scenes he does very well. Hardly Brandoesque, but it'll do. However, despite having more dialogue than in the Terminator movies, Arnie does a reasonable job here. With Arnold Schwarzenegger in the lead role, you know not expect too much in the acting stakes. Not the smoothest, most seamless direction. However, some plot developments feel a bit clumsy and contrived. Special effects and action sequences are great and most scenes are decently directed. Direction by Paul Verhoeven is uneven. Clever and well thought out central plot, based on a short story by Philip K Dick, writer of books and short stories on which movies such as Blade Runner, Minority Report, A Scanner Darkly, Paycheck and The Adjustment Bureau have been based. . . This sets off a chain of events, leading him to realise that he may have actually been on Mars before. Upon seeing an advert, he goes to Rekall Inc to take a virtual holiday on Mars through implanted memories in his brain. (Mars has been colonised by Earth but is undergoing a civil war of sorts). Set in the future, a man, Douglas Quaid (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger), is plagued by dreams that he is living an parallel life on Mars. Entertaining sci fi action-drama

That teacher is insane, I'll just run over that teacher, if he tries to kill me. Excellent horror movie, it was pretty scary, it has a great plot

Watchable but not particularly memorable. Well produced with a reasonably interesting story. Fair to above average film, good performances, especially JoBeth Williams, but it never rises much above ordinary

My favorite Disney movie as a child, my favorite Disney movie of all time!

It should have been either comedy or drama but not both. The more you see the more you know it is gonna end up tragedy. An average movie

It's a wonder how the motif of child soldiers can be presented in such an aesthetic and artistic manner without it feeling untrue or ill fitting in any way. Komona's story is a journey of epic proportions, and her metamorhosis from a child to a killer to a mother is fascinating if uncomfortable to witness. Nguyen extracts a brilliantly nuanced lead performance out of young Rachel Mwanza; she deserves her acting prizes from the Berlin and Tribeca film festivals. It's hars but beautiful, rough but contemplative. "Rebelle" approaches its gruesome subject with a combination of grim, informed realism and lyrical, subjective surrealism. Soon the girl's unique hallucinations and chance intuition raises her to the position of a seer, a "war wich" with the ability to observe the enemy through clairvoyance. As a young, healthy girl, she is kidnapped and forced to become soldier herself. Komona is forced to witness the death of her community and has to kill her parents herself as an initiation. Kim Nguyen returns to the theme of warfare around the globe in a hauntigly beautiful and poigant story about Komona, a girl from the Congo whose village is raided by guerilla soldiers when she is 12
