The Sperm

The Sperm

Sutin, a teenage rock musician, masturbates gleefully, and often. Way too often. One night, flying sperm escape and impregnate local women. The babies grow into an army of little creatures with the teen's head -- and libido. Not only do the nasty little monsters think only of chicks and jerking off, they also have a distressing tendency to die at the moment of ejaculation. The city really starts to panic when aliens accidentally turn one of the spawn into a giant.

Brad S (ca) wrote: Arestrup makes this movie magical. He sells this movie. You hate him. You cheer when he dies, then a small part of you wishes he didn't. This love hate tale of a father's behavioral issues towards those around him builds perfectly to an abrupt end. Maybe that is the only downfall. A happy, albeit quick ending.

Bana, although the doco is about his background, h e puts the Hollywood ballshit aside and speaks with real passion and emotion about this 74 Coupe (which he does up and it looks fucking excellent, 600 HP!) The added insight from Clarkson and Dr Phil as well as Jay Leno was even better as they gave realistic views rather than scripted responses.

Lee M (ag) wrote: It is, first of all, beautiful to look at. The performances and plot are also sound and good, but the story doesn't have the perfect sense of poetic justice that "Gunfight" had.

Richard B (fr) wrote: I thought this film was pretty solid and I liked Charlie Hunnam, especially after watching Sons of Anarchy. The film pleasantly surprised me for the first half, but then took some twists that I didn't get and thought a few were laughable (maybe being American I didn't get their hatred for journalists) and took me away from the film. Overall for the most part it was an entertaining and fun film, unfortunately a few small parts were so bad they really hurt my liking of the film.

Simon S (gb) wrote: A home invasion story that literally offers nothing you haven't seen before. The whole film feels utterly utterly pointless. There was already an English language version of Funny Games, now this - essentially the same film but without the spark or sense of real menace.
