The Surfer King torrent reviews

bryan w (kr) wrote: A brutal and bloody account of Japanese occupation of Taiwan.

John D (mx) wrote: Well damn - a thoughtful zombie movie! Who knew such a thing existed? I tried seeing things from the reviewers' point of view, but frankly my head just won't go that far up my arse.

Dan P (es) wrote: Quick paced movie never lacked a dull moment and a surprise ending made the suspense worth the wait.

JeanSbastien D (de) wrote: Barbaric adaptation of a hardcore manga by an irresponsible prick. This is martial art cinema at its worst.

Serra R (es) wrote: I only watched it because of Shia Labeouf. And was disappointed.

Julia W (ru) wrote: I'm a horror/thriller movie addict and this is one of the very few movies that's really put me on edge. Brilliant performance by Jodie, as always, and great plot twist as well as nearly fooling the audience into thinking she's insane.

Timothy K (de) wrote: This is a stylish fun comedy with a smidgen of real life drama that makes the film rounded and enjoyable. Proyas comes from a line of outstanding dark, lavish, and artistic films (suck as Dark City and The Crow). His style is sprinkled all over this film with portions receiving a bit more style than others. Check it out!

Tanner B (jp) wrote: Waterworld (1995) ???Rock solid adventure spectacle with Costner in a (what else?) post-apocalyptic world completely covered in water. He meets with a desperate woman and her child and tries to help them find dry land, but like all these sorts of movies, there's hungry savages creating parallel every step of the way. Pokey-too pokey-at times, and leads to an inconclusive ending, but amazing set-design and dazzling stunt work keep it afloat (no pun intended). There's also a wonderfully amusing turn by Dennis Hopper as the head bad guy.

Glen H (kr) wrote: Can u plz let me have yhis movie on my movie list I realy want to see iy

Martin A (de) wrote: Definitely in my top-ten list. Amy Wright is beyond perfection.

Eddie K (ca) wrote: This is easily my favorite movie of all time. Crowe and Bettany perfectly exemplify the Aubrey/Maturin relationship. The scenery is perfect and the ship life is exhilarating. The crowning achievement of this film is it's score. Yo-Yo Ma leading the orchestral Bach is incredible. This is the pinnacle film for any lover of the great age of sail.

Ziv E (ru) wrote: A movie that's as exciting as getting lost on a deserted island.
