(gb) wrote: After watching it again I know it's a bit predictable but it's still so engaging because the leads are so good together. It's a heartbreaking story that relies more on the character's feelings rather than exploitive Nicolas Sparks-esque manipulation.

(gb) wrote: I think what made this movie "good" as well as bad is because it never really tells much of itself. The mystery here only lies on the fact that you never know quite anything as opposed to mystery because of a dilemma or of an intrigue. It never quite milks it awesome premise to the fullest not to mention Quentin's (bad) bulging eyes acting. It's like finding a box on the welcome rug of your home which you can never open to know what's inside. At first it's intriguing in the end it's frustrating.
(de) wrote: Starts off rather dull and slow, but it got better towards the end. The acting is still decent, the effects are alright, but the characters aren't too interesting. The worst of the first three in my opinion, but still a good sequel for a Full Moon film.

(us) wrote: This is a film about the average working class family in London. There's nothing more to add to that apart from the little plot developments in story which reveal to us more and more about the characters as the story goes along. I loved this film because of the realism of the family and the supporting cast. Steadman is brilliant, showing a wonderful range of nurturing mother, silly comedienne, helpful friend and straight talking wife. Broadbent is also wonderful. The characters I liked the most were the twin sisters. I liked the difference in their personalities and how the two actresses, Skinner and Horrocks portrayed them. Mike Leigh gives us another one of his 'kitchen sink' dramas and it pays off. This is great British film-making.
