Evan D (kr) wrote: although swamped in idiotic silliness, this film still has its charm, from the performance of Englund, to the nice throwback effects and the campy story it tells; there is fun to be had in watching Jack Brooks defeat those slick looking beasts.

Sarah G (it) wrote: I absolutely loved it! They cast the right people for the lead roles without a doubt!!!

Casey D (jp) wrote: Everybody asked the question "What happened during the winter after Bambi's mom is killed?". Well, this movie shows that Bambi endured suffering from his mother's loss and trying to impress his father, and in the end rises above it all.

Abdullah M (it) wrote: Not that well known a film in comparison to many other films about Vietnam. It starts out with a large ensemble cast of young Americans. As the film progresses they are slowly wittled down as the battle to take the hill intensifies. The action scenes are short and sharp and that allows time to meet and fall for the characters in the lulls in the battle. Hugely recommended.
