Scott M (au) wrote: Two things stand out for Center Stage. Firstly I remember that the plot seemed peripheral to the dancing. The other thing, was that when Center Stage has been shown on network television in my country, it is promoted as a "Number One Box Office Hit." This was due to Center Stage being released at the same time that the Sydney Olympic Games were on, and there was little else to go and see.

Corey B (au) wrote: At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like this movie, however after watching it I really liked this movie, the framing, the lighting and the story. It goes in places you don't really expect. I liked it when the film deviates to what happens to the women after the main character dumps them (or vice versa), you hope that there is some sort of storybook ending for them but as in life, things like that don't happen.

Thomas B (gb) wrote: Good murder mystery with a few twist and turns.

Sean C (de) wrote: Disjointed and mostly unfunny, it was hard to follow what the characters were saying or intending as everything felt like an in-joke delivered in an off hand manner.
