Dorian G (au) wrote: Actually pretty funny! The plot was almost unnecessary, as there were lots of great gags, and the performances of the comedic ensemble cast were exceptional. Miller, Aniston, and Bateman are the standouts, with the remainder doing just fine. Showing the office in an extreme state of drunken disarray was pleasing, as us white collar workers sometimes wonder how parties could fall into times like that. Not a Christmas classic, but worth a watch at least once, maybe twice a decade.Watched online with Sam (new streaming site called Vumoo) April 14, 2017.
Jarkko K (us) wrote: Oli jo aikakin. Mys ilo on yhteisesti jaettu kokemus. Jljelle j inhimillisyys ja kunnioitus elm itsen kohtaan. Miesten vuoro ohittaa rohkeasti tunnetut stereotypiat, eik sorru patetiaan. Ehk juuri siksi voin hyvillni suositella sit vuorostani mys naisille.

Private U (de) wrote: Stunning movie with a strong storyline. I first watched this a decade ago, and watching again still had the same impact. One of the best ganster movies ever made, so much better than "Boyz In The Hood" or "Menace To Society" which have always been more popular with the demographics. This was gangster in the most respectable way, a movie of redemption and inspiration, shamefully only a handful of people know about it. The youth today i guess prefer flicks like "Get Rich Or Die Trying" which demeans the lives of African Americans.
Grayson W (es) wrote: The animal cruelty aside, this is a good Italian cannibal movie, coming just one year after Cannibal Holocaust and extremely similar. Cool soundtrack and lots of ridiculous gore scenes. Also the main character looks a lot like Trey Parker
Private U (it) wrote: Ginger Rogers is hilarious. This kind of story seems to have been reworked multiple times in different ways, but this proves to be the best. David Niven is such an interesting actor.

Serge L (br) wrote: Good acting but strong premise? I don't think so. Good thing they added a girl because this was smelling homersexual a lot. Refreshing? The story reminded something coming from ancient Greece, with all the boys fighting monsters to get out of a bind. Not making much sense any way you look at it.
L J (es) wrote: A radioactive organism (with porridge-like consistency) emerges from a fissure, liquifying the flesh of anyone coming into contact with it! Another fine British science fiction yarn from Hammer, in the Quatermass style (this, in fact, was originally intended to be a sequel to The Quatermass Xperiment, but copyright restriction (ie, 'Mass creator Nigel Kneale, who had nothing to do with this film) prevented it. Dean Jagger's character could easily be Prof. Bernard Quatermass. Featuring the great Leo McKern, the GREAT Michael Ripper, and a pre-pubescent (future Dr Who companion) Fraser Hines; directed by Leslie Norman (father of Barry). The scenes of radioactive porridge creeping (or should that be seeping?) silently through the village are effectively done. X: The Radioactive Porridge would've been far more eye-catching a title, though, don't you think?
