Jared H (fr) wrote: Really solid take on the few months leading up to the voting rights act. I was most impressed with the way this movie honored the sacrifices of the unsung heroes who gave their lives before King. Oyelowo delivers a pretty great performance here too. If there were any Oscar nomination snubs for this movie, it was his.

Steve W (nl) wrote: Can't think of anything better than Michael Gambon and Jeremy Irons for over 3 hours with a splash of Stephen Fry, Tim McInnery and Bill Nighy to lighten the journey a little. A fantastic film covering a remarkable story that for some bizarre reason isn't more widely known about. Tops Hornblower or Master and Commander as it works on many more levels.

Adam W (nl) wrote: Funny, as the Kids and the Hall usually are, but unlike the television show, I only shit my pants laughing once every thirty minutes. Also, loses laughs and momentum by the last third of the film.

Teryn S (ag) wrote: This is based off of what I thought about it as a kid. I haven't seen it in at least 17 years.

Barbara H (au) wrote: I'm stunned. What a great film! Full of deepness, thinking cinema. A great background plot, in a basic scenery, with just three actors, and just one place. I recommend this movie to any Bergman's fan.

Michael H (ag) wrote: So dumb. If you want to make a movie about loss, you have to make the loss believable. Waste of a talented young cast.

David A (nl) wrote: although it is funny the thin plot and Ben Affleck's horrible performance makes this a christmas to skip

Sarah P (ru) wrote: Red Rock West is nicely paced with well thought out characters playing the part, the problem with the film it leads up to a sloppy third act making it slightly draggy.

Aj V (gb) wrote: A cute, funny, amusing tale of Beatles fans in the 60s. Also, look for (Back to the Future's) Marty McFly's siblings who both play characters in this movie! I really liked this movie, it's very funny.
