Rebecca S (br) wrote: This is a beautifully shot film, though there are slight inconsistencies if this film is regarded as a sequel to the 2008 Painted Skin. Its translation into English is good, so for bilingual viewers it's nice to see that the original meaning and beauty of the words are not lost. The ending involving Quer is somewhat ambiguous as one questions what has happened to her. Overall, a very nice film with stunning scenes and is well-paced.

Sarah E (kr) wrote: Just WOW! One of the most relaxing things I've ever seen..cinematography at it's best with an amazing score to go with it (thumbs up to the Canadian director and composer) I think this movie is one that let's silence speak louder than words, even though Laurence Fishburne's whispering narration every now and then also brought in something special to the film. I love how the animals are like characters in this film, it's not just humans and how they's nature and how we should be connecting to it, and this could be seen by how naturally every living thing in this film reacted, there was simply no acting nor trained animals! Beautiful..

Carlos L (ru) wrote: Great giallo! It has some very well staged murder scenes, original story, above average acting, sleaze, Morricone score AND the most beautiful woman in cinema: Cristina Galb. Worth watching just for her! ;)

Harry W (es) wrote: Although nothing new to fans of Monty Python, it does feature many hilarious original skits that are good for a laugh anytime, anywhere. It also provides a good nostalgia feel to the viewer.

Judge L (us) wrote: Have seen this many times since I first saw it in the theater. Still an entertaining watch.
