Waleed A (gb) wrote: interesting and different movie. i liked it for the most part. slightly on the wrong side of weird at times but i give it props for creativity. (1 viewing)SPOILERSi wish i didn't figure out most of the ending early in the movie. it would have been a great reveal if i was not expecting it. but i don't think it happened due to overthinking. they kept telling us that the dad was bad and the mom was caring, but everything they showed with the dad was him being a loving father, and they showed a few scenes of the mom being crazy. so immediately wondered if she was really the crazy one. i also was able to guess that he left his wife for her and now it was happening to the doctor too. i'm pretty sure i even wondered about Munchhausen syndrome. but the way the entire ending was put together was still great. i was completely surprised that she killed him that same day and how that incident took place. and the extent of the Munchhausen syndrome, and by proxy

Xanthe S (fr) wrote: This film is like a bad made-for-tv movie on TNTl. The acting is so terrible, it's laughable. Actually, the whole movie is so bad, you'll be entertained by it's flaws. But really it's a a shame because it doesn't do justice to Krakauer's book.

Felipe F (mx) wrote: Wim Wenders crafts a powerful story about pain and resilience that reflects the inner struggle of lost souls.

Lasse C (ag) wrote: Overall a terrible movie but in sheer camp value this is right up there with Braindead, Godzilla and other truly campy movies. The effects are truly terrible and a scene involving Dirch Passer singing to some kids (a scene that was omitted in the international cut) is one of the most irrelevant scenes, plotwise, I have ever seen.

Aimee C (es) wrote: Somewhat dated, but still entertaining.

Tate E (mx) wrote: Honest humorous and heartfelt. The 3 H's you need in a movie. It's not the in your face faith that Kirk Cameron and crew put out. This movie puts forth the mess a kid having a faith crisis has in a respectable but believable way. First xtian film that is willing to reflect reality and I appreciate that. This is one review that isn't forced, just to get it in the public eye for non-believers. Nor is it that type of movie. Though a few more to enjoy the movie wouldn't hurt either.

HANK Y (au) wrote: Its too bad the Jews (basically hollywood) banned Mel, b/c he still makes good movies. This isn't the godfather, but so much more entertaining than anything seth rogan, jonah hill or adam sandler put out. See it!

Ryan S (br) wrote: One of his lesser movies.

JeanPaul S (br) wrote: Has an amusing cameo by Clint Eastwood, and a scene where Gill-Man tips a car off a cliff - just for kicks. Overall, it's entertaining if unspectacular.

Andrew O (ru) wrote: Both picturesque and minimalist, Cop Car doesn't try to be anything more than it is, and perhaps that's what makes it refreshing and fun.

Kassy S (de) wrote: i'm not too interested in seeing this movie but i don't think i would hate it.
