Sanchayan S (ca) wrote: Sensuous , stylized and nicely delivered , Wachowski Brothers delivers a nice , gritty plot that ultimately does not go the long way as it stumbled towards the end delivering an anti-climax in its ultimate sequences
Dann M (ca) wrote: Atrociously awful, Johnny Mnemonic is a crazy, unintelligible mess. Starring Keanu Reeves, Dina Meyer, and Dolph Lundgren, the cast is pretty decent, but the performances are terrible. And the story is cliched and trite; a courier is given a secret file and several factions chase after him in order to recover the information. But the worst part of the film is the future tech, which makes no sense whatsoever and is incredibly dumb. Also, special effects (particularly the computer graphics) are poorly done and only make things more confusing. Truly a horrendous piece of filmmaking, Johnny Mnemonic is a bizarre and absurd cyberpunk thriller.

Jonathan B (de) wrote: Arguably better than the first. It takes the story the first one left off and really goes for it and becomes increasingly more mental and more inventive until it just explodes into pure blood-bath ridiculousness that's so entertaining that it dwarfs the fiirst movie in comparison. A completely and utterly awsome movie...needs to be seen to be believed.
