(kr) wrote: Or Big Brother's Probably Watching This Film...I thought I knew a lot about how the government invades our privacy through social media, but this film showed examples that shocked me. It's definitely well-done and full of good information. It moves at a brisk pace and is visually interesting enough to hold your attention. If you're someone who's interested in how the government monitors its citizens or you're unaware of how Facebook and Google's privacy policies work, than check out this film. Or if you're already upset at government's invasion to privacy, this film is definitely preaching to the choir.

This clearly isnt a very commercial film, and i'm pretty sure it wasnt back in 1972 either. But a really good character driven story, about two very different people finding a common ground. Edward Albert plays blind as good as Al Pacino in 'Scent Of A Woman'. He's attention to detail in his performance, with the surroundings of his character are perfect. This film has no frills, and i guess it depends on one's mood of how an audience would react to this movie. I think its quite personal in a way, and i'm sure many people can relate to these three main characters (Including the mother). And in my opinion, there is no point trapping a butterfly, they're free.

Any one who speaks through a horn, and feeds through the back of there neck is cool. These movies are great. Now after he advinged the death of his dear wife, he travels to Egypt to bring her back to life. And the best part is he brings his macanical band with him.. and his organ of corse. Oh ya and in the end you get to hear the theam song to "The Wizzard of Oz". If you liked part one, I sugest you check this movie out. I heard through some coworkers that there is a part three to it all? Have not found it yet, but when I do, Im so sitting down and watching it. These are great movies.
(it) wrote: Frank Capra directs this Romantic Comedy starring Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert, about a down on his luck reporter who escorts a socialite back to New York so she can marry some snob and defy her father, and they might just fall for each other along the way. It is one of the best examples of the rom-com genre, a true classic. The cast is right, the script is funny, the direction is perfect. The film is the first and one of very few films to sweep the five major categories at the Oscars, which is an impressive feat for any film that is mostly a comedy. A fine film from Hollywood's Golden Age, a fine film for any Capra fan, a fine film all around.
