(jp) wrote: This was such a tripped out movie. Why I gravitate towards these indie films, I have no clue, but don't watch unless your a major indie fan. The Acting was decent by Bell and the other girl. But The story was so stupid and in left field. I didn't feel the movie was horror, but strangely an attempt at a dark romance. I'm still scratching my head.

(kr) wrote: Typical Spike Lee movie in that it seems to exist on a number of levels at once. A nice portrait of confusion and conflict and ultimately another manifestation of what Spike Lee doesn't get that much attention for-his strong feminist statements.

(es) wrote: Tense enough and with some good moments here and there, this thriller manages to entertain despite (or because of) its heavy-handed direction and a ludicrous plot whose greatest problems include a villain whose motives are ridiculous and a lame third act where little makes sense.
