(nl) wrote: Neither kids nor adults will enjoy this utterly miserable movie.

(au) wrote: I enjoyed this one despite sadness and horrible tragedy of this true story that took place and despicable treatment of the Lakota Indians in 1890 by the US Government. Hard to believe that innocent unarmed women & children were killed by US Calvary soldiers in this incident, but, all true stories as they sadly tried to exterminate these holy and peaceful people in South Dakota. Good Cast for this movie
(de) wrote: They do an admirable effort in striving to avoid cliches but wrap the story up with a string of them. Still, if you're a part of the target audience, you're probably going to enjoy this movie.

(ru) wrote: Interesting, but not really my kind of movie.
(de) wrote: A dark road movie that isn't all that pleasing to look at, but compels you to do so anyway. Strong performances from Amanda Plummer and Saskia Reeves and careful direction add to the realism, but the film isn't as successful as it could've been.
(fr) wrote: The reason why I really hate Double Dragon is that the series is overrated, the characters are way too creepy, and the movie is borderline bad. One of the worst diabolical video games turned into a movie of all time. I still don't know why Alyssa Milano is in a crappy movie in the first place.
(br) wrote: Very interesting. Disturbing, but interesting. Great Cast. How a person can choose someone else over Alan Rickman, I'll never understand.
(fr) wrote: William Hurt was brilliant in this, loved the tone and the look of the film, it was alive onscreen.
(ru) wrote: i like this movie alot cheese but good and i love the soundtrack too
(gb) wrote: More a series of strange, culty, grotesque episodes than a real story, this is a sometimes wonderful little 80's horror oddity, it has such a unique blending of horror and comedy, to such a bizarre effect that it warrants a viewing or two from genre fans, truly it is a hard film to pin down. It also ends with a great chainsaw battle, which is great value. Even with all the other mad, twisted, out there horror films of the 80's this one still feels like it occupy's it's own distinctly weird and whimsical corner of the genre.
(jp) wrote: want to see this because it won best foreign-language film at the golden globes and was nominated for best foreign film by NBR
(es) wrote: Went into this with high expectations and was disappointed at how dull it was. Pretty much no resolution either. Excellent acting from the cast though.
(mx) wrote: You'd be hard-pressed to find a movie that makes me laugh this hard, this consistently. I wish we could board these 6 dudes up in a room and have their antics streaming 24 hours a day. Every single one of them has multiple moments to shine and endless amounts of memorable quotes, but the McBride / Franco magazine face-off may be one of my favorite scenes in any comedy ever. A filthy and surprisingly thoughtful farce for the ages.
