Trick 'r Treat

Four interwoven stories that occur on Halloween: an everyday high school principal has a secret life as a serial killer; a college virgin might have just met the one guy for her; a group of teenagers pull a mean prank; a bitter old recluse receives an uninvited guest.

Five interwoven stories that occur on the same block, on the same night. A couple finds what happens when they blow a jack o' lantern out before midnight, a high school principal has a secret life as a serial killer, a college virgin might have met the right guy for her, a group of mean teens play a prank that they take too far, and a hermit is visited by a special trick or treater. . Jordon J (us) wrote: It is a film very much about its own audience, confronting us all with the insatiable sadism and voyeurism of those who seek to dispel their own innermost fears vicariously. A rather impressive straight to dvd horror release,I say RENT IT!!!

Duckie D (ca) wrote: This one ws the worst. Put aside everythong from the bad acting, the girl that looked like Lindsay Lohan, and that stupid crazy guy still being alive, this movi sucked. The only good thing that came out of this one is when that annyoing little crazy guy died. I was waiting for that the whole Trilogy!!! It was also realy stupid because in every scene, you could tell that the background was Greenscreened. It was REALY BAD!!!

John S (us) wrote: Speed Racer provides clean cut action and unique style that has yet to be seen again. While the visuals at times, particularly with the theatrical release version, are overwhelming, the editing makes sure audience members are able to follow the fast past action. As for the actors, all of them are perfectly cast and give good to great performances and have excellent chemistry with each other; while at times being a bit campy, mostly due to the writing. The writing, while moderately well, at some points hinders the story and tone of the film with either having serious moments be interrupted by "childish antics/jokes" and the use of adult language in a PG film, while very few, may leave older audience members confused from the sudden there sudden use in an otherwise lighthearted, child-friendly film. The writing also provides for moderately good pacing and a well-balanced plot; providing the audience with a simple and enjoyable story, with lovable characters and great racing sequences. Overall, Speed Racer is not a movie that may appeal to everyone, mainly due to its art style, but for those who either enjoy or look pass the style, it provides an excellent balance of tone, style, characters, acting, and fast-past action that will leave you cheering "GO SPEED RACER, GO!"

Dann M (us) wrote: "I wanna go fast." Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby is an outrageous comedy that's full of laughs. The story follows NASCAR's number one driver Ricky Bobby as he rises to the challenge of French Formula One driver Jean Girard to see who's the fastest, but after getting into a wreck Bobby loses his self-confidence and has to get it back in order to return to the track and beat Girard. Starring Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly, Sacha Baron Cohen, Leslie Bibb, and Gary Cole, the film has an impressive cast that has great chemistry together. And the comedy is hilarious, with a lot of over-the-top humor that works incredibly well (like learning to drive with a cougar in the backseat). Ridiculously funny, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby is a terrifically entertaining film.

Robyn M (it) wrote: Mistaken identity puts Innocent Ernest in the slammer, Causing for some hilarious moments. Ernest's idiotic idea's are funny, creative and intuitive on some levels. Look forward to some memorable old comedy acts and other Alter-egos which Ernest refers to as the secret weapons to sucess.

Aaron V (es) wrote: With HollyWood nowadays you come to see all of the same movies. Sure they have different plots and different casts. But it's really the same movie. You have your Horror movies and then dramas and then action movies. We as audiences wanted something completely different. Now I'm not saying that I hate these kinds of films but I wanted new ideas instead of reboots. Thus The Naked Gun was born. Well I can't really say that this movie was original because was based on a TV show. But this gave us something new for audiences to sink their teeth in. Thus with The Naked Gun, the spoof genre was born cranking out film like Scary Movie and Epic Movie. The Naked Gun combines some of the funniest humor that you can get from a film. It's like the filmmakers of this movie were like "If we're going to scoff all of these spy movies, then we have to do it right"! And the filmmakers clearly show it. This film not only combines the best speaking humor, but also the best visual humor. And this movie is jam-packed with all of this kin of humor. Like in one scene Frank (Leslie Nielsen) says "Nice Beaver". The girl Jane (Priscilla Presely) says "Thank you, I just had it stuffed" She then pulls down an actual stuffed Beaver from the attic. When you watch the movie and see the joke you'll get it. The Naked Gun is a funny comedy and I totally recommend it.

Darine S (ru) wrote: I find Fred Astaire in the dictionary under the definition of charming -right next to Clark Gable- its hard not to love every thing he does .. knowing that this particular movie isn't his top acting / Choreographic peak, but it was still Fun & enjoyableAnd then there is Audrey Hepburn who is as cute as ever & they dare say that she's got a funny face .. I have no comment on that .. if Audrey's got a funny face then there are million who'll have to jump off a cliff !!!
