Tsuneni: zoku san-chôme no yûhi torrent reviews

Tyler Z (ca) wrote: Absolutely hilarious. Not as many memorable moments that the first one had. Probably because as of this review the movie is about 2 hours old. I can see this becoming a great classic in the future.

Love M (kr) wrote: Largely unfunny and catastrophically amateurish but still slightly interesting, holding my attention to the end! 7/05/2013

Christopher S (de) wrote: Solidly made, but unremarkable chick flick from director Martha Coolidge. Strong performances from the likes of Geena Davis, James Gandolfini, and Stephen Rea; and there are some original twists in the story - but for the most part, it's predictable and given to melodramatic schmaltz. Really nothing special.

Richard L (ca) wrote: Dark, funny, and more gore than I would have expected from a movie starring Vincent Price. And when he portrays a gay hairdresser named Butch? I was not sure whether to be offended or give a standing ovation. To be safe, I will give a standing ovation...

Ricardo O (us) wrote: Pretty awesome adaptation of Tennessee Williams' play by the great Elia Kazan with some excellent performances. Carroll Baker is superb and Eli Wallach makes his film debut in one of his best performances. This is damn good movie. Highly controversial in its time as it was the first movie to be approved by censors but condemned by the Legion of Decency. Nevertheless it earned 4 Oscar nominations for Carroll Baker and Mildred Dunnock for their leading and supporting performances, the screenplay, and the legendary Boris Kaufman's cinematography. This is very well worth watching as all of Elia Kazan's films are. Wallach tempting Baker's character to give in to his sensuality is great, with the scene on the swing being the highlight of the film. Highly recommended. 9/10

Sharon W (ru) wrote: I wouldn't mind renting this one. Don't really want to go to a theater for it though.

Philip P (mx) wrote: Loved this movie, I think you have to understand the rhythm of the old TV show's stories and the nature of anime in general to get past some of the flaws plot the movie's plot. The visual language of this movie is amazing, I don't think it's the most palatable movie for what a big budget Hollywood action movie should be but I think the Wachowskis understood exactly what A live action speed racer movie needed to be.

Bob K (nl) wrote: The first half of Barry Lyndon was like imaging a story to go along with a series of beautiful still paintings. Somehow, this period piece seemed to pick up energy and vitality as it entered the second half, following the intermission, based on the camera movement and editing pace. We are forewarned that Lyndon's life will collapse, but we don't really care that much, since his rise was based on so much falsehood and chicanery. Still, he ends up with 500 guineas a year somewhere in the world under George III's reign, and that was a very livable sum, even missing half a leg. Worth the effort.

Catherine L (au) wrote: i could not take my eyes off the screen, as much as i wanted to at times (sensitive as i am) . the story seemed new which is rare i think.
