Leonardo Malacay S (de) wrote: La historia de Otto termina siendo "tierna" pero siempre dentro del mundo de Bruce LaBruce el discurso es el mismo solo que en un contexto digamos que diferente.

Leonard D (ca) wrote: So bad, it's good! The only thing Eva Mendes had going for her, is that she is hot. But aside from that, her role makes as much sense as Jessica Alba from the film Little Fockers!

Meherin H (au) wrote: A great look at real decisions that people have to make during war time. The plot was very intriguing, the characters were well constructed, and the film was comical yet touching. And I really like how there were no 'good' or 'bad' guys, just the ambiguity that wartime brings.

Lowell D (ag) wrote: This is a decent "buddy film" with several top B-list actors (Sheen, Sutherland, Church). Brando's character is hilarious, and overall the film is entertaining in a very weird way.

Lauren G (jp) wrote: If you don't laugh out loud throughout this film you don't have a sense of humour!

michael k (gb) wrote: I grew up on this movie, which sees Meg Ryan at her absolute cutest. Kevin Kline is passable as the lewd Frenchman to Ryan's puritanical American, jilted ex-fianc. As she chases down the lover-who ditched her for a French girl completely her opposite-through the French countryside, the Kline jewel thief pseudo-matchmaker tries to retrieve a necklace he stashed in her bag on the flight from Canada while coaching Ryan on how to win back her ex. Boiler plate rom com with plenty of giggles, made enjoyable through vintage Meg Ryan at her most adorable. Some wonderful locations in France set a welcoming tone, and did I say how adorable Meg Ryan is? Can't go wrong with this one on a last minute date night replacement

Darryl J (us) wrote: This is one of the best lit film I have seen. Seriously, the lighting is perfection. If only the entire movie could have been as great. The story was okay. It tells a tale of a lonely woman looking for the perfect kind of love. The performances are a bit stiff and the dialogue is not the best. I enjoyed some parts but mostly I was looking at how much of it I had left.
