Tim D (fr) wrote: I live in Salem, MA and this might have well been Salem Oregon...... Awful, Awful, Awful movie... Plot makes no sense whatsoever. Acting is awful. The person who wrote this movie is oblivious to Witch Lore and local legend. On a side note Carey, there is no way in real life that the main character would ever get a wife that hot... I'm just saying......

Mikael K (de) wrote: Hazily nightmarish and raw, "Last Exit to Brooklyn" offers a glimpse into a very fascinating cinematic milieu filled with detached, mysterious and yet admirably realistic characters. A bit difficult to get one's grip around, but very rewarding in terms of style and ideas.

JJ M (au) wrote: Ah, sure look here! It's John Wayne driving a car for once. His vividly uncomfortable expressions while in the first car chase scenes are just priceless (obviously most of it shows a stunt-man driving but I mean the close-up shots). It doesn't rate as highly as Dirty Harry, The French Connection or Bullit but you get the idea: it's the seventies, it's the cops, it's god darn-it John Wayne!
Paul D (fr) wrote: Low budget horror with cult value. It's pretty much a story dealing with loss and this is expressed mostly through the father figure as the film progresses. The zombie storyline is an interesting way to express this.

Tom G (br) wrote: Talented cast wasted on a preposterous romcom about a bunch of self-centered, spoiled NYC young adults we could care less about.
Jeff B (ru) wrote: Enjoyable if only for the interaction between Clint and his young daughter (at the time) Alison. The first half plays out well, but then it gets kind of boring once the killer starts really messing with him.

Keegan K (es) wrote: What an emotional movie! This is a beautiful film about a young lady who gets hired to take care of a rich man that was involved in an accident and left paralyzed. He starts out as a complete and utter jerk but little by little she is able to make him smile and come alive again. If I could find a girl like the one in the movie, I would jump from being single to a relationship. She is rock solid in her serving and her personality and her quirkiness and how fun she is. Vibrant colors and great cinematography.
