Foong M (kr) wrote: First time watching Israel movie. I am completely blown away by the performance of Yiftach Klein and the story telling ability of the director Rama Burshtein.I need to watch 2 times to appreciate the subtlety of the story and the culture behind.I think the actress is good, but not as good as the main actor. His eyes tell a lot of the character's emotion. Last but not least he is really attractive!

Andrew E (au) wrote: Sadly it's just not that good. It may have been when I was younger but as time has gone on I just don't care anymore. The jokes are weak and the performances are standard. I guess if nothing else is on it might kill an hour and a half but don't make a special effort.

Gordon I (kr) wrote: Coolest damn western I've seen in a really long time. I'd heard a lot about Burt Lancaster in this one, and he lived up to the hype.

Robert H (au) wrote: Revisiting Ozu, as I do fairly frequently, is of course always a relief from current frenetic visual styles, as well as a bittersweet glimpse into a world quite gone - that of the traditional Japanese family. And this director's "less is more" approach to every facet of the business is always a vivid reminder of how vapid and self-congratulatory are the excessive gestures of, say, a Quentin Tarentino - whose work I will NOT be revisiting with any frequency at all.

Christian Z (kr) wrote: This movie was part of my childhood! I remember the days when YTV always show this movie every halloween. It was smart clever and fun!

Russ B (ca) wrote: 4/12/2017: Meh. A pretty decent cast, but not that funny. It's amusing at best.

Tommy K (jp) wrote: The action-packed and educational aspects of the story are perfectly balanced, the animation is absolutely beautiful and makes you really feel as though you're in ancient China, and the characters are just lovable. One of DreamWorks' best.
