Viola Kisses Everybody torrent reviews

Curtis R (gb) wrote: Although Big River Man has been favourably compared to Herzog's work, I find that the documentary is unfocused and low-brow, lacking the metaphorical and philosophical content that made Burden of Dreams so memorable. Instead, it dwells on the ridicule and sheer stupidity of the subjects, and the director is constantly jumping from scene to scene, making plot development near impossible. I can't sympathize with someone who's stupid enough to attempt to swim the Amazon River, and then gamble away all of his sponsorship money. Still, it's an interesting concept and some of the visuals are entertaining. I found the environmental factual information disturbing yet enlightening.

Lysann B (nl) wrote: This film disturbed me in so many ways. Yes, it's perverse, but not to mention the dedication of the cast and value it, would be an insult.

Annelies S (au) wrote: Thank you Blake for recommending this one to me. This touching film made me burst into tears quite a few times. I am a particular fan of Irish culture and I am raised in presence of an Irishman who was himself raised in Dublin in the early fifties at the same age as the young Evelyn. Many stories told by him and a few trips to Ireland made me love this flick - based on true events - and cry and laugh out loud. Pierce Brosnan plays a very convincing role as a loving father desperately longing for his three children and Aidan Quinn, Stephen Rea & Alan Bates make a very good supporting threesome. If you appreciated The Magdalene Sisters you'll love this movie too!

Richard M (es) wrote: Very interesting concept but never reaches a climax that's particularly gripping.Brian Welsh did a slightly better variation in Black Mirror.
