America's 50-million strong Evangelical community is convinced that the world's future is foretold in Biblical prophecy - from the Rapture to the Battle of Armageddon. This astonishing documentary explores their world - in their homes, at conferences, and on a wide-ranging tour of Israel. By interweaving Christian, Zionist, Jewish and critical perspectives along with telling archival materials, the filmmakers probe the politically powerful - and potentially explosive - alliance between Evangelical Christians and Israel...an alliance that may set the stage for what one prominent Evangelical leader calls "World War III."

Going into this movie I was a little intimidated by the fact that it was three hours long, let alone the fact that it is in French! However, I quickly got past that.It is a beautiful story. There may be too much sex for my taste, but I can't complain when the story was so beautifully portrayed. It was heartbreaking to say the least. I think one of the things I enjoyed the most though was the length. Yes, the three hours was intimidating at first, and it did move slowly, but I enjoyed that. All the shots seemed to linger too long or not long enough. Yet the whole movie ran slow enough for you to feel like you were living life alongside Adele and Emma and not just watching it. The length of the movie was necessary to keep up the natural progression. Also that ending was so heartbreaking. The last half hour alone was a roller coaster, but the last two minutes specifically left me almost angry there wasn't more. Of all the places to end the movie... Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this movie if you are under 18, but otherwise I'd recommend anyone to give it a watch. It is raw, but beautiful. And don't let the length or language hold you back. Ten minutes in and you are already used to reading subtitles.

Rob L (ag) wrote: Such an original movie and I really liked it. The cast is new and unknown, no big name actors. Very believable dialogue with a lot of truth in the movie. Eileen Boylan is going to have a good career.
